Press F11 to open the Browse Records window. This is a convenient way to enter data for simple record types.

Since you may have thousands of records of one type, and you may be working over a slow connection, Axisbase defaults to 1,000 records maximum to save time and memory. You can change this to a lower number if you are just browsing to see what kind of data is being stored, and you want faster performance You can change it to a higher number if you don't mind the wait to load more records.
